In my day job, you will find me helping others with how best to approach a job from a resume perspective, interviewing techniques and in general terms, helping candidates with framing their experience so as to maximise their potential.

When working with employers, I find I am able to conceptualise with a high degree of accuracy the technical skill and social competencies required to make a successful placement within their organisation. I really get a kick out of understanding what the client is looking for and going to the candidate marketplace and unearthing those candidates that fit the brief.
